The Life and Times of Me

Mistakes can turn your whole world upside down.
Make you loose everything you have.
Things that you never thought you could live without.
But what's gone is gone forever.
And when you realise it,
Its too late.
Times would have changed,
People would have changed.
No more that someone you used to know,
That someone they used to be,
That something that used to be yours.
And the hurt you feel inside,
A pain much more worse than death itself.
And the tears you shed,
Definately more than blood you have shed your whole life.
The nights you spend just thinking about it,
Crying your heart out.
Wishing things could be the same.
But it's like broken glass,
Even if you could piece the big broken parts,
Fragments would still be missing.
Even if you get those you lost,
The emotional scars that you have caused on them will still remain.
The emotional scars that you have will remain.
But then one day you will stand up and say
That you had enough,
Gonna change things the other way.

I HAVE MADE MANY SUCH MISTAKES IN MY LIFE
AND I HAVE REALISED
AND I WANNA CHANGE THINGS
I WILL
I HAVE LEARNED AND STILL LEARNING
THAT MISTAKES ARE PART OF WHO YOU ARE
MISTAKES ARE THE ONES THAT SHAPE YOU
AND I AM PROUD OF MY MISTAKES
THEY HAVE TAUGHT ME THE ESSENCE OF LIFE
SO I STAND
TALL AND PROUD
TO SAY I AM GONNA CHANGE THINGS THE OTHER WAY.
